when rinse cycle comes on I get the suds and F 02 back.

Have the Kenmore Elite H3. Suds and error code F 02 keep coming on. Did all of the above. Cleaned trap and drain hose. Found nothing major in either place. Still rec'vd error cod. Replaced pump and motor. Washes fine but when rinse cycle comes on I get the suds and F 02 back. (even if I don't put in any detergent I get the suds reading) Any more suggestions?
