Starting only on second try.

Hi everyone, and sorry for my english i'm not a native speaker) I have a problem with my macbook (i7-2675QM). On first start macbook load until the password screen(the same on mac os x and windows 7) and then freeze, only thing i can do is reboot it, and on secon try it's starting and working fine, without any freezes in programs, games, tests, all fine. Everything is look like something wrong with power board (nothing changes it'll freeze on battery and on ac power) But maybe i'm wrong? (well i hope so). Ask if you need additional information.
