Runs fast when magsafe is connected but slow on battery.

Hello there. I have this MBP 13", had a little water seeped into it through its base. I had it opened, cleaned it up (logicboard, etc) and prayed much too. Got it running but it lags. Did the PRAM and SMC resets and the ONYX maintenances, only to discover that I'm experiencing this new problem; MBP runs super great when its charging with the magsafe connected however its super slow when the magsafe is not connected and running on battery.
Any help and advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
