No 3G neither GPS

Hello, while using my iPad in 3G mode it suddenly shut down and at restart appeared only the message "initialization module failed".

I make a restore with iTunes and reinstall iOs 5.1.1,

but now both the 3G and GPS don't work anymore, and in the options menu the connectivity section disappeared, and the localization service says it only work using wifi crowd-sourced.

So now it seems my 64GB iPad 3G became an iPad Wifi.

Any help to fix it?
