MacBook Pro fell down Loading and accu advert ok No power on

Hello,

MacBook Pro 17" fell down.

First it works with a new harddrive. No it dosen't works with. I can load the battery and I can see it on the magsafe and the loadinglights.

But I can't power on the MacBook.

Is there a option tp turn it on without the keyboard?
