Problem with the camera of Scanner

Hello,

I own a printer EPSON Stylus Photo RX500.

I have a problem with the scanner.

When I scan a document or I make a photocopy, the result is: The disappearance of the lateral parts of the document and the almost total loss of contrast and sharpness.

I think the problem come from the camera of scanner.

- Do you think the same?

- If yes, how find the piece?

- How replace it?

- And how much cost it?
