Sanyo dp50747 Plasma TV: No Power at all!

I have the above device (Sanyo dp50747 Plasma TV), and it looks exactly like the one posted in the step by step guide found here (Repairing Sanyo dp50747 Plasma TV Fuse - Power Board) . I've checked the capacitors for leaks and blows to no avail. So I think it is either a blown fuse or Power Board. I have found a multimeter to check the voltages but do not have the instruction booklet for it and can't find one to download and I've never really used one. So my question is what voltage to I set my multimeter to? The settings I have on it are

DCV 500v, 200v, 20v, 2v;

OHM 200, 2k, 20k, 200k, 2m;

DCA 2mA, 20mA, 200mA;

ACV 200v, 500v

and what looks to be a arrow pointing to the middle of a plus sign.

Any help I can get would be greatly appreciated!

Sanyo dp50747 Plasma TV: Replacing Sanyo DP50747 Powerboard - Help Appreciated!

Hello everyone!

I recently bought a used Sanyo DP50747 TV which the owners had for a year and then the picture stopped working for them. They took it to a electronics repair store which said that the "motherboard" would have to be replaced, to quote the previous owners. They were were quoted at $300-800 or so for labour and parts.

So I cam along and picked it up for $15 from them and found a used powerboard for under $100 (no such thing as a motherboard), and now need to know if there is anything I should know before opening up the TV and replacing the powerboard.

Is it pretty straightforward? Is there a manual I should refer to? Should I do any tests on the parts? Is there anything I should be careful about doing? Anything specific to repairing plasmas, as I've never done this before...

Any input would be appreciated!

P.S. I know this article was posted on iFixIt, but there really wasn't much there:
