Samsung Galaxy S III: Replacing cracked glass screen?

So far online I have not found digitizers to replace a cracked screen ( :( mine is broken :( )

I have found two things though. One is a glass screen without the LCD and Digitizer ($20) and the other complete glass/digitizer/lcd screen ($200)

Links:

Glass Screen

Full LCD/Glass/Digitizer

How can I make the $20 dollar option work, can a digitizer be removed from one glass screen to another? Or can I expect glass screens with digitizers to come out sometime soon? Or do I have to fork up money?

Also are is the items posted compatible with t-mobile t999? I know it says i9300, but all of them have the same dimensions

Samsung Galaxy S III: Digitizer appears to be ok..but

My Galaxy S III was dropped today, and the outer glass cracked. Also the phone stopped showing an image.

After carefully removing the glass, I can now inspect the digitalizer and it all appears fine. No marks, scratches or cracks, but yet doesnt show an image!?

Anybody got any idea what might be causing this, and what might be the best fix?

Im not paying £100+ for a fix, so will be selling it "as is" if I cant fix it!

Samsung Galaxy S III: What is going on with my charging port? Phone is a fire hazard!

I have had this phone since December of 2012, and I have had the phone reach at least 114 to 120 degrees as it is charging. It's unbearable to touch and I decided to take it apart and found the area around the charging port is severely melted under the back plating and serious damage around it. Is this repairable or is this pretty much over with the phone?

My mom says it's a fire hazard, but it works. Sometimes I open an app and the screen goes out, could this issue be from the melted charging port?

If anybody can help me find a new phone under under a hundred or give me their old phone, please help.

Samsung Galaxy S III: Dropped phone into bath-water.. Touch buttons don't work now

My buddy dropped his phone in the bath a few weeks ago. He ended up buying a new phone afterwards. A few days later he turned the Galaxy S3 and it was working again. Everything was normal except the touch buttons by the home button. I bought the phone off him thinking it would be an easy fix but it seems pretty difficult to replace it. What should I do? Do you think dipping the side with the touch buttons into alcohol up until the bottom of the LCD screen would work??

I would hate to buy a new LCD screen as this phone itself is in mint condition.. I also would like to buy a new silver bezel to replace the current one, how hard would that all be?

Samsung Galaxy S III: Problem regarding the power button

Firstly, I would like to apologize that I'm not inquiring on the iPhone issues.

Sir, I wanna ask regarding the power button of galaxy s3. Why sometimes when I press the power button, the power button will stuck inside? Is this repairable? I already sent to the Samsung service center twice, yet the result is still same where the power button will stuck inside especially when you press at the edge of the button instead pressing it at its center point. Thanks for your precious information, iFixit.

Samsung Galaxy S III: Is the home button removable?

I noticed there are many sites selling home button replacement parts for the Galaxy S3. I've yet to see a video where this part is removed prior to removing the display assembly from the chassis. Can this be done without removing the display (and likely destroying the display in the process)?

Samsung Galaxy S III: I cannot turn on my phone

After the battery was dead, I charged my phone and tried to turn it on but it didn't work. My Samsung S3 was bought from Amazon.com and is an international unlocked version. It has been doing well in these three months but suddenly comes the problem.

I tried to reset the phone by hold Volume Up+Home+power buttons, but still stuck at the greeting screen saying "Samsung Galaxy S3 GT-I9300".

Any one has this problem also? Can someone help me with this? Thank you so much!

Samsung Galaxy S III: Fix for main speaker after water damage?!?

Galaxy III was splashed with water. I pulled the battery, wiped it down and left it open over night. Seemed to work fine for 2 days after. Then I heard the speaker humming when it was on the charger. Pulled the battery again and left it open. Now I noticed condensation inside both cameras and the flash. I let it air out and the condensation disappeared after a few hours. The next day all seemed to work fine (Wi-Fi, music, calls, texting, internet, touch screen and so on) but with in hours the main speaker just quit, not even a hum, crackle or buzz. Calls, headphones, and wifi direct still sound fine.

How do I fix or replace this speaker? Is this speaker gone for good? Will one of your dry bags save it eventually? (ah, if only I knew they existed before) I'd much rather buy one of your bags and tool kit than pay that evil deductible for a replacement.

thank you in advance.
